Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Veterinary to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategic, multi-location veterinary accounts and high-value opportunities.

You will work with our sales development team and inbound leads to close deals that span owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across locations, typically cycling 3 to 12 months.

Qualifications

• Closing $1M+ annual deals is preferred for large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large veterinary deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders to drive multi-location contracts.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for high-impact deals.
