Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. As Sales Director for Veterinary, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, handling $2M annual quota across select accounts.

You will rely on our sales development team and inbound leads to book high-value meetings, enabling you to close strategic, multi-location wins as an individual contributor with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large multi-location deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion: add locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
