Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups, seeks a VP of Sales for Veterinary to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This leader will close multi-location groups with expanded locations and services as wins accumulate, supported by our sales development team.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategic accounts and high-value negotiations across regions.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annual revenue on large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: add more locations and services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
