Job summary

Covetrus is seeking a Veterinary Relationship Manager to lead ongoing optimization of key veterinary accounts within a designated sales territory. This quota-carrying role focuses on growth across in-clinic, technology, and specialty products, partnering with VAE to identify VetSuite opportunities and drive adoption.

The Senior Manager will address customer needs, manage data in SFDC, negotiate pricing, and ensure seamless implementation and onboarding for a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales/account management experience in veterinary or healthcare.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serves as key contact for retain and develop accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborates with Veterinary Account Executives to drive VetSuite adoption.
• Negotiates pricing and contracts while managing renewals to ensure retention.
• Analyzes data to identify growth opportunities and optimize customer utilization.
• Partners with teams across departments to implement growth strategies.
