Job summary

Covetrus is seeking a Veterinary Relationship Manager to drive growth in the assigned sales territory by optimizing key veterinary accounts through in-clinic, technology, and specialty product adoption. This in-person, quota-bearing role partners with Veterinary Account Executives to identify VetSuite opportunities and maximize customer value.

The Senior VRM will manage relationships, negotiate terms, analyze usage data, and lead initiatives to improve adoption while ensuring a positive customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in sales/account management in healthcare.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Ability to travel daily to client sites and manage territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key sales contact for retain and grow accounts to meet targets.
• Collaborate with VAE to accelerate VetSuite adoption.
• Lead revenue and gross profit growth through relationship nurturing.
• Identify VetSuite opportunities and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage data in SFDC and coordinate renewals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms; renewals management.
• Share best practices regionally to drive adoption.
• Support implementation and onboarding of customers.
