Job summary

Covetrus, Inc. seeks a Veterinary Relationship Manager to optimize key veterinary accounts within a designated sales territory.

This quota-carrying role focuses on growing adoption of in-clinic, technology, and specialty products while partnering with Veterinary Account Executives to identify VetSuite opportunities and drive revenue. The Senior Veterinary Relationship Manager will mentor new VRMs, support regional strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding and sustained customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales, account management, or related experience in veterinary or healthcare industries.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving growth.
• Experience mentoring or coaching teammates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key sales contact to optimize accounts and grow relationships.
• Lead regional sales in achieving revenue and gross profit targets.
• Identify VetSuite opportunities and coordinate with VAEs to maximize growth.
• Manage implementation/onboarding and ensure positive customer experience.
