Job summary

Covetrus is seeking a Veterinary Relationship Manager in the United States to drive growth and maximize share of wallet across in-clinic, technology, and specialty products within a defined sales territory.

This quota-carrying, in-person role identifies customer needs, nurtures relationships, and partners with Account Executives to accelerate VetSuite adoption while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Expect daily travel and a strong CRM focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales, account management, or similar experience in veterinary or healthcare.
• Proven history of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of CRM and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel daily for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing optimization of key veterinary customer accounts.
• Drive growth and maximize share of wallet within designated territory.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to adopt VetSuite and related solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to convert VetSuite leads.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms; manage renewals.
• Maintain accurate data in SFDC and report findings.
• Represent Covetrus in regional and national sales meetings.
• Travel daily for customer visits and training.
