Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record recruiting veterinary roles (5+ years preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
• Executive presence and strong communication, with comfort influencing senior clinicians.

• Own the full hiring process for veterinarians, from sourcing to offer and closing.
• Build lasting relationships with veterinarians and the vet community in assigned markets.
• Travel to clinics and priority markets to understand team culture and staffing needs.
• Maintain a steady pipeline and coordinate on-site interviews to deliver a white-glove candidate experience.
