Mission Pet Health is seeking a Receptionist to join our Denton, TX team. You’ll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.

You will coordinate care by maintaining medical records, scheduling appointments, and handling financial transactions, helping the hospital run smoothly. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a genuine love for animals.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing excellent customer service and genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and ability to work independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect our commitment to compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure every pet receives the best care.
