Mission Pet Health is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing network of veterinary teams. You will be the Director of First Impressions, managing a multi-line phone system, greeting clients with warmth, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations while supporting compassionate pet care.

Qualifications

Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to keep front-d desk operations smooth.
Team-oriented mindset, capable of collaborating across departments.
Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus; training provided as needed.
Open availability to work during the week, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Direct multi-line phone system management and greet clients with a positive attitude.
Coordinate care by maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and handling payments.
