You will oversee scheduling, payroll, training, and cross‑store collaboration, ensure OSHA compliance, review monthly P&L, and maintain patient records. Requires 2–3 years veterinary practice or 2+ years leadership; strong communication and MS Office skills.

• 2-3 years experience in veterinary practice; if not, 2+ years leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and patient care.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory, invoicing, and patient records; foster positive culture.
• Oversee hiring, training, reviews, and disciplinary actions with HRBP.
• Manage doctor schedules with support from Area/Regional leadership.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling two weeks out, and attendance compliance.
• Review P&L, partner to increase revenue and meet targets.
• Collaborate with store teams for seamless client experience.
• Maintain OSHA standards and hospital cleanliness.
