Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in veterinary practice or 2+ years of strong leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions, delegate tasks and drive results with hospital partners.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor under stressful situations.
• Team player willing to learn and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and patient care.
• Collaborate with veterinarians to create a positive culture and cohesive team.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, invoicing, and client communications.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management in partnership with HR.
• Ensure schedule coverage, payroll controls, and compliance with OSHA and policies.
• Interface with store teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
