You will schedule doctors and paraprofessionals, oversee hiring, review financials, coordinate with store teams, maintain records, and uphold safety standards in a busy veterinary hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: 2-3 years experience in veterinary practice or 2+ years leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions, delegate tasks and drive results with hospital partners.
• Compassionate and able to maintain professional demeanor in stressful situations.
• Telephone etiquette and basic computer skills.
• Team player willing to learn and adapt to change.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and high-quality client care.
• Coordinate scheduling with veterinarians and staff; manage equipment and inventory.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance counseling with HR and leadership.
• Review P&L and work with leadership to increase revenue and control costs.
• Interface with Petco store teams to ensure seamless care and client experience.
• Maintain patient records, manage accounts receivable, and uphold safety standards.
