• 2-3 years of experience in veterinary practice or 2+ years of leadership experience.

• Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and telephone etiquette.
• Team player willing to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate scheduling and collaboration between veterinarians and support staff.
• Review P&L and partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and manage costs.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of paraprofessional staff.
• Maintain OSHA standards and ensure a clean, safe hospital environment.
• Collaborate with Petco store teams to deliver a seamless client and patient experience.
