Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous experience working in a veterinary practice.

• Experience in P&L management (desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and patient care.

• Oversee payroll and expenses to meet financial targets.
• Maintain hospital inventory and records in the PM system.
• Ensure OSHA standards and a clean hospital environment.
• Collaborate with store team for seamless patient care.
• Provide training and performance coaching.
• Interface with HR for staffing and discipline.
