Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager to lead the hospital team and partner with store colleagues to deliver exceptional client and patient experiences in a busy veterinary hospital.

You will oversee scheduling, staff development, revenue growth, expense control, inventory management, and compliance with safety standards, while maintaining a compassionate, collaborative culture that puts pets and people first.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous experience working in a veterinary practice
• Strong leadership and people management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage scheduling and payroll

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence, efficiency, high standard patient care and excellent client experience.
• Create productive, collaborative relationships with veterinarians to drive a positive culture and cohesive team environment.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory control, invoicing, client communication and care coordination.
• Review P&L and partner to increase revenue growth and control costs.
