You will work closely with Area Operations Manager and store teams to optimize operations, improve revenue, and maintain a positive patient and client experience in a Petco hospital setting.

• Oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews of paraprofessionals.
• Manage payroll costs and drive revenue growth with Area Operations Manager guidance.
• Ensure OSHA standards, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with store team to deliver seamless client and patient experience.
