Qualifications

• 2–3 years veterinary practice experience.
• Strong leadership experience preferred.

• Solid telephone etiquette and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and store teams for seamless operations.
• Schedule doctor and staff, manage payroll-related planning.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain doctor schedules and hospital records; manage accounts receivable.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and uphold hospital policies.
