Job summary

Minimum 2–3 years veterinary management or 2+ years leadership; strong communication, P&L

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years previous experience in a veterinary practice or 2+ years strong leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to make decisions, delegate tasks and drive results with hospital partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and patient care.
• Coordinate scheduling with veterinarians and support staff.
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, inventory, invoicing and accounts receivable.
