• Must be a team player willing to continue learning and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence, efficiency, high standard patient care and excellent client experience.
• Coordinate scheduling with veterinarians to drive a positive culture and cohesive team environment.
• Oversee hiring, training, reviewing, counseling and separation of paraprofessional partners.
• Create and maintain doctor’s schedule with support from Area/Regional Medical Director as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a clean hospital environment.
• Interface with Petco store team to deliver a seamless complete care experience.
