Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous experience working in a veterinary practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience in a management role.
• Experience with payroll and P&L responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor staff and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and patient care.
• Coordinate scheduling for clinicians and support staff.
• Oversee inventory, invoicing, and equipment maintenance.
• Review monthly P&L and drive revenue growth while controlling costs.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a clean hospital environment.
