Job summary

PetVet Care Centers is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a TX-based hospital. This on-site role focuses on staffing, scheduling, workflow, and ensuring outstanding patient and client care.

The position requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with a focus ona positive team environment and adherence to hospital policies and regulations. Candidates with healthcare administration experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Practice Management and Hospital Management to oversee operations and support clinical teams.
• Strong Customer Service abilities to address client needs, resolve concerns, and uphold a positive hospital experience.
• Experience with budgeting and basic financial oversight, including monitoring expenses and supporting revenue goals.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate teamwork and convey information clearly.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a veterinary, medical, or healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospital operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management to ensure efficient, high-quality patient and client care.
• Manage hospital protocols, coordinate with veterinarians and support staff, and support a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance, supporting revenue growth while controlling expenses.
