Job summary

PetVet Care Centers is seeking a Hospital Manager in Little Elm, TX to lead an efficient hospital support team and partner with the Veterinarian to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service. This role emphasizes cost management, staff development, and daily operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least five years in office management with supervisory experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or strongly preferred in business, health science or related field.
• Minimum five years in direct office management with supervisory experience.
• Customer service oriented with courteous, prompt handling of inquiries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hospital support departments and achieve labor goals.
• Hire, train and onboard office and clinic staff; manage paperwork.
• Orient new staff to hospital systems and duties.
• Provide weekly updates on performance, budgets and staffing to Regional Manager.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling and vendor invoices; ensure compliance.
• Maintain licensure, contracts and billing processes as needed.
