Role Description

The Hospital Manager at PetVet Care Centers is a full-time, on-site role based in TX. This position oversees the daily operations of the veterinary hospital, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management to ensure efficient and high-quality patient and client care. The Hospital Manager is responsible for supervising practice management activities such as maintaining hospital protocols, coordinating with veterinarians and support staff, and supporting a positive, collaborative work environment. The role includes managing budgets, tracking financial performance, and supporting revenue growth while controlling expenses. Daily responsibilities also involve handling client concerns, promoting excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication across the team, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulations.
