PetVet Care Centers in Dallas is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead hospital support teams, foster trust and accountability, and partner with the Veterinarian to deliver efficient, patient‑focused care. This role drives revenue, controls costs, oversees scheduling, budgeting, and billing, and maintains licensure and compliance across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in business, health science, or related field.
• At least five years in direct office management with supervisory experience.
• Ability to provide courteous, prompt customer service and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff across hospital support departments and meet labor goals.
• Hires, trains, orients, and evaluates clinic staff; handles performance discussions.
• Oversee daily operations, budgets, purchasing, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and billing practices; manage vendor invoices.
• Collaborate with the DVM and leadership to achieve revenue and cost targets.
