Job summary

Covetrus is a global animal-health technology and services leader seeking a Veterinary Relationship Manager to drive growth in in-clinic, technology, and specialty products within a designated sales territory.

This in-person role partners with Veterinary Account Executives to optimize VetSuite adoption, grow revenue, and maximize customer value. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in veterinary or healthcare sales; travel is daily, with occasional non-business hours travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or similar roles within veterinary or healthcare industry.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and delivering on objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key sales contact for retain and develop accounts with a focus on strategic growth and long-term customer relationships to meet company targets.
• Work with Veterinary Account Executives on key accounts to accelerate VetSuite adoption and shorten the sales cycle.
• Lead and support the sales team in achieving revenue and gross profit goals through customer relationship nurturing.
• Leverage internal content to drive engagement activities, including webinars and optimization initiatives that support revenue growth and adoption.
• Identify and address customer needs and opportunities to generate VetSuite opportunities and drive growth within the sales segment.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to pursue VetSuite leads and maximize customer value; manage onboarding processes for a positive customer experience.
• Analyze internal reports to optimize customer utilization and guide sales team efforts.
• Maintain critical data in SFDC to track the sales process and customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and manage renewals for ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Travel daily for field visits, meetings, and training; participate in national and regional sales meetings.

Education
