Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Growth Account Executive for Veterinary. You will close new veterinary business and grow accounts, partnering with SDRs, strategists and leadership on high‑value deals.

This full-time role is remote (US or Canada). You will own the full sales cycle, nurture multi-clinic buyers, and advance opportunities from discovery through close, negotiating proposals with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in quota-bearing closing roles, with deals sourced or closed personally.
• Experience selling into veterinary or marketing/agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative sales cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle with veterinary groups from discovery to close.
• Handle warm meetings booked by SDRs and inbound leads, converting to signed contracts.
• Sell to multiple decision makers: owners, operators, and marketing leaders.
• Create proposals and presentations, negotiating with strategists.
• Grow veterinary accounts after the first engagement.
