Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Growth Account Executive for Veterinary to drive new business and expand high‑value veterinary accounts. You will collaborate with SDRs, strategists, and leadership to close deals and grow wallets across multi-clinic practices in a largely remote environment.

You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, manage long consultative cycles, and communicate with owners, operators, and marketing leaders to deliver strategic partnerships and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in quota-carrying closing roles, with deals sourced or handed and closed independently.
• Selling into veterinary, marketing, or agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative sales cycles of 3–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle with veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices, from discovery through close.
• Convert warm meetings booked by SDRs and inbound inquiries into signed contracts.
• Engage with multiple decision makers including owners, operators, and marketing leaders.
• Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate terms with strategists, and close deals.
