Job summary

Loving Care Animal Clinic LLC in Fremont, Michigan is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Veterinary (CSR) to be the friendly face of our front desk. This full-time, in-person role focuses on warm client interactions, appointment scheduling, and accurate record-keeping in a caring small-animal clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience required; veterinary/medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Comfort with computers; experience with EzyVet a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly, answer multi-line phones, and respond to emails.
• Book and confirm appointments and surgeries in EzyVet.
• Check clients in/out, verify records, process payments, and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate medical records and signed forms.
• Assist the veterinary team with triage and communication as needed.
• Close and secure the clinic, balance cash drawer and run end-of-day reports.
• Support clients with empathy during difficult pet health decisions.
