Mission Valley Veterinary Clinic in Fremont, CA is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. You will create exceptional client experiences, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones, and support clients with essential information about our services.

Qualifications

• Prior veterinary receptionist or front-desk healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient in managing multi-line phone systems while assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily patient flow.
