Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients.
• Provide compassionate care to all patients.
• Be familiar with clinic policies, procedures, and clinical processes.
• Answer phones, emails, texts, and forward messages as needed.
• Book, confirm, and manage appointments, surgeries, and procedures.
• Handle food and prescription requests and assist with orders.
• Maintain accurate client records and update as needed.
• Assist veterinarians and staff by relaying messages clearly.
