Center City Veterinary Hospital in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Client Services Representative / Receptionist to be the friendly first contact for clients and patients. You will manage phones, appointments, and front desk operations with accuracy and empathy.

The ideal candidate brings customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, or a similar role; veterinary experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients in person and over the phone.
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional with emotional client situations.
• Willingness to learn and navigate practice management software.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
• Check clients in/out and handle financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information in the practice management software.
• Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and staff.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily hospital operations.
