Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Prior veterinary receptionist or veterinary hospital experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and appointment types.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system and assisting in-person clients.
