Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Prior veterinary receptionist or veterinary hospital experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and client communication in a fast-paced clinic.
• Proficiency managing a multi-line phone system and assisting in-person clients.
