Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative for Village Square Woodside Veterinary Hospital in Redwood City, CA. You will greet clients, manage appointments, handle phones, and support clients with information about services.

The role offers a full-time schedule (5/8) Monday–Friday with compensation of $21–$23 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) matching. Prior front-desk veterinary experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a veterinary receptionist or front-desk in healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain records.
• Collaborative attitude and team-focused approach.
