Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative for Village Square Woodside Veterinary Hospital in Redwood City, CA. You will greet clients, manage appointments, handle phones, and support clients with information about services.

The role offers a full-time schedule (5/8) Monday–Friday with compensation of $21–$23 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) matching. Prior front-desk veterinary experience is preferred.

Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Village Square Woodside Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoingClient Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $ 21 - $23 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-time position, with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Monday through Friday.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in the following skills:
  • Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
  • Experience working with veterinary practice management software. EzyVet experience preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
  • Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
  • Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods
