Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices, seeks a Head of Sales for Veterinary. You will own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with inbound and SDR support to fill your calendar and no direct reports.

You will close big, multi-location deals, managing long, consultative sales cycles with owners and regional leaders, expanding locations and services after signing.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
