Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Veterinary, owning large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. The role focuses on open-and-close processes for veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices.

You will lead strategic, multi-location opportunities with inbound qualified meetings and a small number of large accounts, without direct reports. This is a true individual contributor seat focused on high-impact closures.

Formación

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers; not suited for high-volume single-location sales.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
