Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. One win covers many locations, demanding senior strategic focus and multi-stakeholder coordination.

With inbound leads and a sales development team feeding qualified meetings, you will close high-value deals, expanding locations and services as groups sign on. No direct reports; this is an individual contributor role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual revenue on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: secure more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft deals that matter.
