Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Director for Veterinary to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This role targets veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices, where one win covers all locations.

You will manage full-cycle enterprise sales with a multi-stakeholder buying group, guided by inbound leads and our sales development team, and you’ll expand relationships across locations and services after signing.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annual deals with multi-location buyers.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location agencies.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Prefer closing business over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at table.
• Expansion: add locations and services after signing.
• Create proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
