Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Director for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals. You will manage end-to-end sales from first conversations with ownership to signed contracts, coordinating with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders across groups.

This role is fully remote within the USA or Canada, targets a $2M annual quota, and requires a proven ability to close enterprise-level accounts with long, consultative cycles.

Competenze

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annual revenue on multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Preference for closing over people management.

• Own the full sales cycle for large multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing.
