Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Field Sales Veterinary Diagnostic Consultant (VDC) to build strong relationships with veterinary customers and drive the diagnostic portfolio across the Atlanta region. You will translate customer needs into IDEXX diagnostic solutions through consultative selling and educational opportunities.

In this role you will manage your territory independently, collaborate with regional teams, train clinic staff, and represent IDEXX at trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of proven outside sales experience managing your own territory.
• Experience in veterinary/animal health, human healthcare, medical devices, or capital equipment sales.
• Able to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented sales environment.
• Willing to travel extensively (car travel, potential weekends) and lift up to 60 pounds; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory to grow recurring diagnostic revenue and equipment sales.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to co-sell capital equipment and technology.
• Educate and train veterinary staff on IDEXX products and services.
• Relay customer needs and competitive feedback to IDEXX marketing and leadership.
