Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. in the Macon, GA region is seeking a Field Sales Veterinary Diagnostic Consultant to build strong relationships with veterinary customers and sell IDEXX's medical device diagnostics portfolio.

In this role you will manage your territory independently, educate clinic staff, co-sell with regional peers, and translate customer needs into diagnostic solutions while meeting a lucrative base salary and commission structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of proven outside sales experience managing a territory.
• Experience in veterinary/animal health, human healthcare or medical device/ capital equipment sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage your territory independently to increase recurring diagnostic revenue.
• Educate and train veterinary clinic staff about IDEXX products and services.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to co-sell capital equipment and technology.
• Communicate customer needs and competitive issues to marketing and business unit management.
• Represent IDEXX values professionally and participate in trade shows and educational events.
• Manage expenses/resources in line with company guidelines.
• Adhere to IDEXX purpose and guiding principles.
