Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.
• Organizational skills with a systematic approach.

• Strong client service and communication throughout interactions.
• Numerical ability: rate, ratio, percent; unit conversions.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office suite.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Live by Banfield's Five Principles and promote hospital services.
• Recruit new clients and manage patient flow for productivity.
• Maximize patient throughput to support wellness plans.
• Provide professional, friendly service and educate clients on pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, and invoicing.
• Dispense medications as prescribed and schedule follow-ups.
• Manage opening/closing finances and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
