Job summary

Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital, promote services, and ensure a welcoming experience. You will support the veterinary team, educate clients on preventive care and Optimum Wellness Plans, and help with documentation, invoicing, and scheduling.

Ideal candidates excel in communication, client service, and multi-tasking within a busy veterinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients/pets for optimal productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and vaccines.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet info, and scheduling.
• Handle invoices, prescriptions and retail sales as needed.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and accurate balances.
• Conduct administrative tasks as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
