Banfield Pet Hospitals in Greenville, SC is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow and support the veterinary team, ensuring a welcoming and efficient hospital environment.

You will promote services, assist with documentation, scheduling, and invoices, and help educate clients on wellness plans and preventive care. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Assist incoming clients by completing required documentation, entering all pet information and history in the computer, and ensuring prompt service.
• Manage the finances by maintaining accurate balances and handling invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
