Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital and support the veterinary team. You will promote hospital services, educate clients about preventive care, and help ensure a welcoming and efficient visit for every pet and owner.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and the ability to manage documentation, schedules, and invoices while supporting wellness plans and routine care.

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience preferred.
• Medical background training (vet/healthcare) preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform radiography duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and pet flow to maximize hospital productivity.
• Provide friendly, professional service and educate clients on care.
• Assist with client onboarding, invoicing, and scheduling.
• Handle prescription items, retail products, and future appointments.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
