Qualifications

• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route client/pet flow to ensure superior client care and productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service, welcoming clients and educating them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet history, and ID procedures; ensure prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions and scheduling future visits.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
