Qualifications

• Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify Mars Five Principles within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients for efficient care.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health and wellness.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet data entry, and ID tagging for prompt service.
• Provide post-visit instructions, issue invoices, dispense prescriptions, and schedule future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative duties as needed and perform other tasks as assigned.
