Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote hospital services and educate clients about wellness plans.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure client comfort in the hospital.
• Enter patient information accurately and manage invoicing and scheduling.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
